Programme overview
Azure is a cloud platform that lets developers build, deploy and maintain modern applications. As an administrator you are responsible for participating in all phases of development, including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, security, maintenance, performance tuning and monitoring. You will implement solutions, as you partner with: Cloud solution Architects, DBAs, DevOps, Infrastructure Admins and other stakeholders.

Onboarding
The first stage of the programme makes sure you’re ready to engage, setting you up for success. You will meet your learning mentor and we’ll get you started with some simple personal skill tasks in a self-study online environment.
Timeline
Technical training typically starts in week 3 of the programme. These sessions include Python software fundamentals, AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, AI-900 Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals and reduced AI-102 AI Engineer course, and AZ-204 Developing solutions for Microsoft Azure.
Certification
You will obtain 3 certifications: Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals and Azure Developer.
Employment
After 12 weeks of technical training, we use the last 4 weeks to provide you with an employability toolbox, including a case study to showcase and implement all the skills that you have learned, soft skills for running design workshops and writing design documentation.

AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals
This exam measures your ability to describe the following: cloud concepts; Azure architecture and services; and Azure management and governance.

Software Development Fundamentals with C# and .NET
You'll learn the basic principles of coding and manipulating data using visual C#; object oriented programming; Console, GUI and web-application development; web development using HTML5 and ASP dot NET; using SDKs, APIs over HTTP to integrate with web services; databases with SQL.

AI-900 Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
This exam measures your ability to describe the following: Artificial Intelligence workloads and considerations; fundamental principles of machine learning on Azure; features of computer vision workloads on Azure; features of Natural Language Processing (NLP) workloads on Azure; and features of generative AI workloads on Azure.

AZ-204 Developing solutions for Microsoft Azure
This exam measures your ability to accomplish the following technical tasks: develop Azure compute solutions; develop for Azure storage; implement Azure security; monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise Azure solutions; and connect to and consume Azure services and third-party services.

AI-102 Implementing a Microsoft AI Solution
You will learn how to accomplish the following technical tasks: plan and manage an Azure AI solution; implement decision support solutions; implement computer vision solutions; implement natural language processing solutions; implement knowledge mining solutions and document intelligence solutions; and implement generative AI solutions.

The industry needs technical people, and at this level, the industry needs technical people that can capture requirements and put those requirements into a design document. Usually, you will learn this on the job, but as part of our course, we include training sessions on how to run design workshops and how to write design documentation.
