Onboarding
The first stage of the programme makes sure you’re ready to engage, setting you up for success. You will meet your learning mentor and we’ll get you started with some simple personal skill tasks in a self-study online environment.
Timeline
Technical training typically starts in week 3 of the programme. These sessions include Enterprise Resource Management Essentials, Microsoft 365 application essentials, and technical Microsoft courses including MB-920 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Fundamentals, DP-900 Azure Data Fundamentals, and MB-310 Microsoft 365 Finance Functional Consultant.
Certification
You will obtain 3 certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations fundamentals, Azure Data fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Finance Functional Consultant.
Employment
After 12 weeks of technical training, we use the last 4 weeks to provide you with an employability toolbox, including a case study to showcase and implement all the skills that you have learned, soft skills for running design workshops and writing design documentation.

MB-920 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Fundamentals
This exam measures your ability to describe the following: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management; Dynamics 365 Finance; Dynamics 365 Commerce; Dynamics 365 Human Resources; Dynamics 365 Project Operations; and the finance and operations core functionality.

DP-900 Azure Data Fundamentals
This exam measures your ability to accomplish the following tasks: describe core data concepts; identify considerations for relational data on Azure; describe considerations for working with non-relational data on Azure; and describe an analytics workload on Azure.

MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
This exam measures your ability to accomplish the following technical tasks: set up and configure financial management; implement and manage accounts payable and expenses; implement accounts receivable, credit, collections, and revenue recognition; manage budgeting; and manage fixed assets.

The industry needs technical people, and at this level, the industry needs technical people that can capture requirements and put those requirements into a design document. Usually, you will first learn this on the job, that is why as part of our course we already include training sessions on how to run design workshops and how to write design documentation.

After completion of the course, you will be able to implement designs provided by and in collaboration with a solution architect and the standards, branding, and artefacts established by user experience designers.
In your role, you must interact and effectively communicate with members of a delivery team, stakeholders, and customer teams while championing for their success. For this you will show an understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Microsoft Power Platform and quality assurance.
With this programme, you will get some level of proficiency in data modelling, user experience design and requirements analysis, which you will fine-tune in your role.
