This exam measures your ability to describe the following: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights; Dynamics 365 Sales; Dynamics 365 Customer Service; Dynamics 365 Field Service; and explore the core capabilities of customer engagement apps in Dynamics 365.

PL-200 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
This exam measures your ability to complete the following tasks: configure Microsoft Dataverse; create apps by using Microsoft Power Apps; create and manage logic and process automation; and manage environments.

MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant
This exam measures your ability to accomplish the following technical tasks: configure Dynamics 365 Sales; manage core sales features; and configure additional tools and services.

MB-230 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant
This exam measures your ability to accomplish the following technical tasks: manage cases and Knowledge Management; manage entitlements and SLAs; implement scheduling; implement multi-session experiences for Customer Service; manage analytics, visualizations, and insights; implement Microsoft Power Platform; implement Connected Customer Service; and implement routing.

Perform a discovery exercise
Capture requirements
Configure business solutions for Dynamics for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
This case study can be presented back to your learning mentor, and you may choose to bring this into the conversation during your interview to showcase your practical experience.

After completion of the course, you will be able to implement designs provided by and in collaboration with a solution architect and the standards, branding, and artefacts established by user experience designers.
In your role, you must interact and effectively communicate with members of a delivery team, stakeholders, and customer teams while championing their success. For this you will show an understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Microsoft Power Platform and quality assurance.
