Has just received a 15-year MCT anniversary award. Currently Director for Cloud and Artificial Intelligence at Ernst & Young. Previously Chief Technology Officer for Azure at IBM. Fourteen years as an Architect with Microsoft Consulting Services, including Microsoft world-wide centre of excellence for cloud.

Microsoft Certified Trainer for 5 years. Currently Senior Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement at Capgemini. Seven years working as a Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 business applications.
The story of how we came to be
Cindy and Dan have been strong believers that Microsoft technology skills and certifications build careers. It's certainly been central to their success.
Like a lot of professionals, they became frustrated with the quality of training materials, labs and instructors. Not to mention the extortionate process of some vendors. When they saw how few people were passing exams using out of date approaches, they decided to work together to figure out what the industry needed to do differently. And so, Cotec’s story began…
